Remodeling here means changing an existing room: opening a wall, replacing finishes, or rebuilding a worn space so it can be used again.
Jobs start at $1,000.
Scope
The work is planned from your list and photos. Carpentry, drywall, trim, doors, fixtures, and paint are the work Brigham's Fix and Build performs. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are not self-performed. If the room needs those trades, they are priced only when a licensed subcontractor is already included.
Written price
You receive a written price before work starts. The price names what is included and what is not. Work begins after you accept that price.
